Who we are

Edmonton Mould is an Alberta business. We are responsible for the personal information we collect. This policy follows Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you call us or send our quote form, we collect:

  • your name and phone number
  • your email address, if you give it
  • your postal code, and the job address if we book a visit
  • what you need help with, and any photos you send

When you visit the site, our website host processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

  • to answer your request and give you a quote
  • to book and do the work, and to invoice you
  • to keep the records the law requires

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them.

Your consent

By sending the form or giving us your details by phone, you agree to our use of them for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. If you do, we may not be able to complete your job.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the technician assigned to your job. Our crews are subcontractors who work under a written agreement with us and may use your information only for your job.

We also use service providers that handle information on our behalf: an online form service that filters spam and emails your request to us, and a website host that runs the site. Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held outside Canada may be accessed by authorities there under local law. To ask about how our service providers outside Canada handle your information, contact us using the details below.

How long we keep it

If your request becomes a job, we keep the job records for as long as tax law requires. The Canada Revenue Agency generally requires business records to be kept for six years. If your request does not become a job, we delete it within 12 months.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, such as limiting who can see your information and using secure, encrypted services.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We will answer within 45 days, as PIPA requires.
