About Edmonton Mould

We take your mould job directly and send our own crews. Every crew is insured and professionally vetted before they work on a job for us. We're your contractor of record from inspection to clearance testing.

How we work

• Moisture first. Mould comes back if the moisture does, so we find the source before anything else.
• No shortcuts. We contain, remove and clean. We don't just spray bleach, because Alberta Health Services says that isn't acceptable remediation.
• Proof. Clearance testing and written reports, useful for landlords, buyers and AHS orders.
• Calm, honest advice. If a small patch is something you can clean yourself, we'll tell you.

Asbestos

Older homes may contain asbestos in the materials mould removal disturbs. Only licensed professionals can do asbestos abatement in Alberta. When we suspect it, licensed abatement professionals test and remove it before our work. Our crews never do asbestos abatement.
